Important: a $3/mo keep-alive line cannot enable Auto-Renew until it has been active for 4 months (the carrier only confirms the $3/mo plan after that). Until then, keep the line alive with a one-time top-up — your Store Credit can be added any time.
You can also turn this on later in My Account. We will email you before every charge and remind you if your balance runs low.

What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is your MollySIM wallet balance. Top it up once and it is used to pay for your plan renewals and future purchases.
How does Auto-Renew work?
Before each cycle ends we automatically deduct the monthly plan fee from your Store Credit and renew your plan with the carrier — 2 days before the cycle ends. If your balance is not enough we will email you in advance.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Does the credit expire?
No. Store Credit never expires and can be used on any MollySIM product. Please note Store Credit purchases themselves are non-refundable.
Can I change my monthly plan after Auto-Renew is on?
On T-Mobile lines the $5, $6, $10 and $15 plans switch freely. Upgrades take effect immediately and replace the current plan; downgrades need 3 months on the current plan. The grandfathered $3/mo plan is locked both ways, so those lines keep renewing at $3.
Can I enable Auto-Renew on a $3/mo keep-alive line?
Not straight away. T-Mobile only confirms a $3/mo plan after the SIM has been topped up once and left active and quiet for 4 months, so Auto-Renew stays blocked on that line until the 4-month window is over. Your Store Credit balance is not affected — keep the line alive with a one-time top-up and we will let you turn Auto-Renew on as soon as the plan is confirmed.
