Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 6, 2026 · Last updated: March 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MollySIM collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website, app, and eSIM services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with MollySIM’s Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, carriers, app stores, payment providers, or other services that publish their own privacy notices.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with MollySIM, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, account information, support communications, order preferences, and marketing choices.
We may also collect transaction and service data such as purchased plans, destinations, validity, order history, activation status, recharge history, support records, limited diagnostics, and provisioning identifiers where applicable.
Technical information may include IP address, approximate location derived from IP or service usage, device model, operating system, browser type, app version, language, time zone, app events, crash logs, diagnostics, and cookie or advertising identifiers where permitted.
We generally use third-party payment processors and may receive limited payment-related information such as payment method type, payment status, billing name, country, tokenized references, fraud scores, chargeback indicators, and verification results.
We may also receive information from carriers, provisioning partners, analytics and attribution providers, app stores, fraud-prevention vendors, advertising partners, and identity verification providers if used.
3. How We Use Personal Data

- to process orders and payments;
- to provision, activate, deliver, maintain, and support eSIM plans;
- to verify transaction, device, and account integrity;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and unauthorized access;
- to communicate about purchases, support requests, outages, security issues, and policy updates;
- to improve the website, app, product offerings, and user experience;
- to perform analytics, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and internal reporting;

- to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and law-enforcement obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, MollySIM may process personal data on one or more legal bases: contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.
Contract covers processing necessary to provide the Services you requested. Legitimate interests include fraud prevention, security, analytics, service improvement, internal administration, and defense of legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. Consent is used where required, such as for certain cookies or marketing. Legal obligation applies where processing is required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
MollySIM and its partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure traffic and conversions, analyze usage, prevent fraud, and personalize content or advertising where permitted.
Where required by law, we request consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preferences tool. Blocking certain technologies may affect site functionality.
6. How We Share Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to carriers, roaming partners, provisioning providers, payment processors, hosting and cloud vendors, email providers, security vendors, analytics and marketing providers, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and transaction counterparties involved in a financing, merger, restructuring, or asset sale.
MollySIM does not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of that term. Where privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, including certain advertising or analytics disclosures, MollySIM will honor applicable opt-out rights.
7. International Data Transfers
MollySIM may process or store personal data in countries other than your own. When personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to provide an appropriate level of protection as required by applicable law, including contractual safeguards, vendor diligence, internal policies, and reliance on lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, detect or prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on data type, transaction history, support history, legal requirements, and risk considerations. When data is no longer needed, MollySIM will delete, anonymize, or securely de-identify it where feasible.
9. Data Security
MollySIM implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor management, logging, limited retention, and role-based access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and MollySIM cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access the personal data MollySIM holds about you, correct inaccurate data, delete certain data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, receive data portability where applicable, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable, appeal denied requests, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
To exercise rights, contact MollySIM at [email protected] or through Contact Us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, California law may provide additional rights regarding your personal information, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as well as limits on the use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
MollySIM will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where legally required and technically feasible. To submit a California privacy request, contact [email protected] or use Contact Us.
12. Singapore Privacy Notice
Where Singapore law applies, MollySIM collects, uses, and discloses personal data for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and where required, with consent or another lawful basis under the PDPA. We take steps to protect personal data, permit withdrawal of consent subject to legal or operational limits, and process access or correction requests in accordance with applicable law.
13. European and UK Privacy Notice
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. MollySIM encourages you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve your concern directly.
14. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, MollySIM may send newsletters, offers, cart reminders, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional, security, and service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and MollySIM does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or a higher age where required by local law, without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites and services. MollySIM is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy notices before using them.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MollySIM may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When that happens, we revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy remains subject to applicable law.
