Payment methods and extra fees

Card, PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay are supported; refunds may be reduced by the payment processor fee.

What to do

Prices are shown in HKD on the storefront and converted at the rate shown at checkout.
Pay by card, PayPal, Alipay or WeChat Pay — the payment link is single-use and tied to that order.
If a refund is approved for a reason that is not our fault, the processor fee is deducted (about 4% Alipay / WeChat, about 5% PayPal / card).
Shipping fees are never refundable, including when a physical card is delivered as an eSIM.
For anything about a specific payment, contact support with the order number — never send card numbers in chat.
