Keep-alive and auto-renew for $5 / $6 / $10 / $15 lines
These plans renew every 30 days from your store credit, with a 15% service fee; keep the wallet topped up and the number stays alive.
What to do
- Auto-renew is on by default for our T-Mobile $5/$6/$10/$15 lines: the cycle follows your activation date and the charge runs 2 days before it ends.
- The charge is the plan price plus a 15% service fee — $5 → $5.75, $6 → $6.90, $10 → $11.50, $15 → $17.25.
- Store credit must cover the cycle; if it does not, you get a warning 7, 3, 1 and 0 days before the charge.
- Top up under Profile → Store credit. There is no automatic card charge, so a low balance is the only way the line can lapse.
- After a successful charge the keep-alive date moves forward automatically — nothing to tap.
