When should I install my World Cup eSIM?
Install anytime after purchase — ideally a day or two before your flight so you can confirm the setup. The validity timer starts only when you connect to a local network in the host country, so installing early doesn't waste any days.
Can I keep my home number active while using this eSIM?
Yes. On dual-SIM devices, use the eSIM for data and keep your physical SIM for calls and SMS. Your home number stays reachable while you use the eSIM for fast local data.
Does hotspot / tethering work?

What happens when I run out of data?
On daily plans, your speed throttles at the daily high-speed limit and resets every 24 hours. On total-data plans, data stops until you purchase a new plan. Throttled speed still supports maps and messaging.

Check your spam folder first. Then log in to your MollySIM account and visit My Orders — your QR code is always available there. If your order shows pending for more than 30 minutes, contact support with your order ID.
Can I get a refund if my trip is cancelled?
Unused, unactivated plans may qualify for a full refund if requested promptly. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are generally not available. Submit a request via our Refund Policy page with your order ID.
