Real-name registration requirements vary by country and carrier: some cards are ready to use plug-and-play without registration, while others require simple registration via the carrier's website or app before use. The exact registration steps, if any, are clearly printed on the outer packaging of the SIM card and sent via email.

After payment is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can also check in your MollySIM account under 'Orders'.

We offer a flexible refund policy. If your plans change, unactivated and unused SIM cards in their original packaging can be fully refunded within 6 months of purchase. Once a card is activated or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept refunds unless there is a verifiable network or hardware defect.
