Yes, most of our physical SIM cards support mobile hotspot sharing by default, allowing you to share data with other phones, tablets, or laptops. Please make sure your device supports hotspot functionality and that network settings are configured correctly.

Real-name registration requirements vary by country and carrier: some cards are ready to use plug-and-play without registration, while others require simple registration via the carrier's website or app before use. The exact registration steps, if any, are clearly printed on the outer packaging of the SIM card and sent via email.

After payment is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can also check in your MollySIM account under 'Orders'.
What is the return and refund policy?
We offer a flexible refund policy. If your plans change, unactivated and unused SIM cards in their original packaging can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a card is activated or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept refunds unless there is a verifiable network or hardware defect.
APEX eSIM Card
The APEX card is a blank, programmable eSIM card - a physical SIM with a writable eUICC chip that you load eSIM profiles onto yourself. It ships empty: no plan, no data and no phone number, so you still need an eSIM profile from a carrier or provider. You write profiles with the free EasyEUICC app on an Android phone, or with a PC plus a USB CCID smart-card reader. An iPhone cannot write this card, but it can use the card once a profile has been written to it elsewhere. Typical buyers are phones sold in mainland China without eSIM hardware, and travellers who want several profiles on one card instead of several SIMs. Each profile can be downloaded only once: deleting it from the card means asking the provider for a new QR code.
