MollySIM Affiliate Program Terms

These MollySIM Affiliate Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the MollySIM affiliate, referral, or partner marketing program (the “Affiliate Program”) owned and operated by Hunke Mobile Limited (operating as “MollySIM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By applying for, registering for, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are participating in the Affiliate Program on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “Affiliate” refer to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote MollySIM products and services through approved referral links, coupon codes, landing pages, or other tracking methods provided or approved by MollySIM.

Affiliates may earn commissions on eligible, valid, completed, non-refunded, and non-fraudulent orders that are properly attributed to them under these Terms.

2. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent referral partners only.

Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, reseller, distributor, representative, or fiduciary relationship between you and MollySIM.

You must not represent yourself as an employee, agent, official representative, reseller, distributor, customer support agent, or authorized sales representative of MollySIM.

You do not have authority to make any statement, warranty, guarantee, promise, commitment, refund decision, service commitment, or legal representation on behalf of MollySIM.

3. Enrollment and Approval

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you may be required to submit an application, create an affiliate account, provide contact information, provide payment information, and agree to these Terms.

MollySIM may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at its sole discretion.

MollySIM may reject or terminate affiliates whose websites, social media accounts, communities, advertising methods, or promotional content are unsuitable, misleading, unlawful, harmful to MollySIM’s brand, or inconsistent with these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your affiliate account.

4. Approved Promotional Methods

Subject to these Terms, you may promote MollySIM through lawful and ethical marketing channels, including but not limited to:

• Personal websites or blogs;
• Social media posts;
• Video content;
• Email newsletters, where you have valid consent from recipients;
• Community posts, where permitted by the relevant platform rules;
• Product reviews and comparison content;
• Approved paid advertising, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

All promotional activities must be truthful, lawful, non-misleading, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, advertising rules, platform policies, and these Terms.

5. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with MollySIM whenever you promote MollySIM products or services.

Your disclosure must be easy for users to notice, understand, and associate with your recommendation or promotional content.

Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

• “Disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
• “Affiliate link: I may receive a commission from MollySIM if you buy through this link.”
• “This post contains affiliate links.”

You must not hide disclosures in footers, terms pages, unrelated profile sections, or other places that users are unlikely to see before clicking your affiliate link.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable endorsement, influencer marketing, advertising disclosure, and consumer protection rules in the countries or regions where you promote MollySIM.

6. Product Claims and Accuracy

You must ensure that all statements about MollySIM, its products, services, prices, coverage, activation rules, delivery times, refund policies, phone numbers, SMS capabilities, roaming, network availability, supported countries, and any other product features are accurate and match the official MollySIM website.

You must not make claims unless those claims are expressly supported by MollySIM’s official product pages or written materials provided by MollySIM.

In particular, you must not make unsupported or misleading claims about:

• Guaranteed activation;
• Guaranteed SMS receipt;
• Guaranteed verification code receipt;
• Guaranteed phone number availability;
• Guaranteed network coverage;
• Guaranteed use in Mainland China or any specific country;
• Free calls, free SMS, or unlimited usage;
• Delivery times;
• Refund eligibility;
• Compatibility with specific apps, banks, platforms, or online services;
• Circumvention of platform restrictions, identity verification, telecom rules, or local laws.

If there is any conflict between your promotional content and the official MollySIM website, the official MollySIM website controls.

MollySIM may require you to modify, remove, or correct any promotional content at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

7.1 Misrepresentation and Brand Abuse

You must not:

• Pretend to be MollySIM;
• Create accounts, websites, ads, pages, groups, or profiles that appear to be official MollySIM properties;
• Use names, handles, domains, or usernames that may confuse users into believing you are MollySIM;
• Register domain names containing “MollySIM” or confusingly similar variations;
• Use MollySIM’s logo, screenshots, brand assets, or product images in a misleading way;
• Claim to be an official reseller, official distributor, official agent, or official support channel unless MollySIM gives you separate written authorization.

7.2 Misleading Advertising

You must not:

• Make false, exaggerated, or unsupported product claims;
• Use fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, or fake urgency;
• Promote fake coupon codes or misleading discount pages;
• Advertise unavailable products or inaccurate prices;
• Mislead users about refund rights, activation rules, coverage, or delivery times;
• Create content that causes customer confusion or unnecessary support burden for MollySIM.

7.3 Paid Search and Brand Bidding

Unless MollySIM gives you prior written approval, you must not bid on, target, or purchase paid search keywords, ads, or placements containing:

• “MollySIM”;
• “Molly SIM”;
• MollySIM domain names;
• MollySIM coupon or discount keywords;
• Misspellings or confusing variations of MollySIM;
• Any keyword that implies you are the official MollySIM website.

You must not use MollySIM’s name in paid search ad titles, display URLs, tracking URLs, or ad copy in a way that suggests your ad is an official MollySIM advertisement.

7.4 Spam and Unsolicited Marketing

You must not promote MollySIM through spam, unsolicited emails, unsolicited SMS messages, mass direct messages, automated private messages, comment spam, scraping, bots, or other abusive outreach methods.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable email marketing, SMS marketing, anti-spam, privacy, and platform rules.

7.5 Fraud, Self-Referral, and Artificial Orders

You must not:

• Place orders using your own affiliate link or coupon code for the purpose of earning commissions, unless MollySIM has expressly approved self-referrals in writing;
• Encourage fake orders, test orders, or artificial purchases;
• Use stolen payment methods, fake identities, or fraudulent accounts;
• Generate fake clicks, fake leads, fake conversions, or fake traffic;
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, malicious redirects, browser extensions, adware, malware, toolbars, or similar attribution manipulation methods;
• Interfere with MollySIM’s tracking, attribution, analytics, checkout, or customer experience.

7.6 Restricted or Harmful Content

You must not promote MollySIM on or alongside content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful to MollySIM’s reputation.

You must not promote MollySIM in connection with fraud, scams, phishing, fake documents, identity abuse, unlawful telecom use, unlawful bypassing of restrictions, or other illegal or high-risk activities.

8. Tracking and Attribution

MollySIM may provide affiliate links, coupon codes, tracking parameters, dashboards, or other attribution tools.

Commissions are attributed only when MollySIM’s tracking systems properly record the referral and the resulting order qualifies under these Terms.

MollySIM is not responsible for lost commissions caused by:

• Incorrect link usage;
• Deleted, blocked, or rejected cookies;
• Browser privacy settings;
• Ad blockers;
• Tracking prevention technology;
• User device settings;
• Platform restrictions;
• Technical failures outside MollySIM’s reasonable control;
• Failure to use approved affiliate links or coupon codes.

MollySIM’s tracking and reporting records are the final basis for commission calculation, unless MollySIM determines that an error occurred.

9. Commission Eligibility

A commission may be earned only on a valid order that meets all of the following conditions:

• The order is placed through an approved affiliate link, coupon code, or tracking method;
• The order is successfully paid;
• The order is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, or abusive;
• The order complies with MollySIM’s terms, policies, and risk controls;
• The customer is not engaging in suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity;
• The affiliate has complied with these Terms.

MollySIM may determine commission eligibility at its sole reasonable discretion.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by MollySIM, commissions are calculated on net sales actually received by MollySIM, excluding taxes, duties, shipping fees, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, store credits, and other adjustments.

10. Commission Rates

Commission rates may be displayed in your affiliate dashboard, communicated by email, or agreed separately in writing.

MollySIM may change commission rates, eligible products, attribution windows, bonus rules, or payout structures at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect commissions that have already been approved, unless those commissions are later found to be connected to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, tracking manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

Special commission rates, private offers, exclusive coupons, or custom campaigns must be agreed in writing by MollySIM.

11. Pending Period, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Commissions may be subject to a pending review period before they become eligible for payout.

Unless otherwise stated by MollySIM, MollySIM may hold commissions for at least 30 days after the order date to account for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud checks, delivery issues, activation issues, or customer support issues.

MollySIM may reverse, withhold, offset, or claw back commissions for orders that are:

• Refunded in full or in part;
• Cancelled;
• Charged back;
• Disputed;
• Fraudulent;
• Abusive;
• Duplicative;
• Self-referred without approval;
• Generated in violation of these Terms.

If a partial refund occurs, MollySIM may reduce the commission proportionally.

12. Payouts

MollySIM will pay approved commissions according to the payout schedule, payout method, minimum payout threshold, and payment details provided by MollySIM.

Unless otherwise stated by MollySIM:

• Payouts may be made monthly;
• A minimum payout threshold may apply;
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information;
• You are responsible for any bank fees, payment platform fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, or other costs associated with receiving payouts.

MollySIM is not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by inaccurate payment information, payment provider restrictions, compliance reviews, or circumstances outside MollySIM’s reasonable control.

If your account is inactive, incomplete, under review, suspended, or terminated for cause, MollySIM may delay or withhold payout as permitted under these Terms.

13. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, charges, or governmental obligations arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or receipt of commissions.

MollySIM may request tax forms, invoices, identity verification, business registration information, or other documentation before making payouts where required by law, compliance policies, or payment providers.

MollySIM may withhold payments if required by applicable law or if you fail to provide requested documentation.

14. Customer Relationship and Support

Customers who purchase MollySIM products through affiliate links or coupon codes are MollySIM customers.

MollySIM is responsible for checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment, refunds, and customer support according to MollySIM’s official policies.

You must not:

• Collect payments from customers on behalf of MollySIM;
• Process MollySIM orders outside the official MollySIM website unless separately authorized in writing;
• Promise refunds, replacements, compensation, activation results, coverage, phone numbers, SMS receipt, delivery times, or support outcomes;
• Request or collect sensitive customer information such as payment card details, identity documents, account passwords, or private verification codes;
• Handle customer disputes on behalf of MollySIM;
• Interfere with MollySIM’s customer support process.

If a customer contacts you for support, you should direct the customer to MollySIM’s official support channels.

15. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

MollySIM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use MollySIM’s approved names, logos, product images, links, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting MollySIM under these Terms.

You must use MollySIM brand assets only in accordance with MollySIM’s instructions and these Terms.

MollySIM retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, trade names, logos, domain names, website content, product content, designs, software, images, and other intellectual property.

You must not modify MollySIM brand assets in a misleading, harmful, or confusing way.

MollySIM may require you to stop using or remove any brand asset, content, link, claim, or promotional material at any time.

Upon termination of your affiliate account, you must stop using MollySIM brand assets and remove MollySIM promotional materials upon request.

16. Content License

If you create content that promotes MollySIM, including reviews, testimonials, videos, images, screenshots, posts, comments, or other marketing materials, you grant MollySIM a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reference, share, repost, display, or use such content for MollySIM’s marketing, reporting, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you create and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

You must comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, cookie, electronic communications, and advertising laws in connection with your promotional activities.

You must not collect, use, share, sell, or process customer personal data on behalf of MollySIM unless MollySIM has expressly authorized you in writing and all required legal arrangements are in place.

If you use your own website, landing page, tracking tools, cookies, pixels, analytics, forms, email lists, or remarketing audiences, you are solely responsible for providing any required notices, disclosures, consents, opt-outs, and privacy policies.

You must not use MollySIM customer data to build audiences, run retargeting, contact customers, or promote unrelated products unless the customer has separately and validly consented to such use.

18. Compliance With Laws and Platform Policies

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising policies, consumer protection rules, telecom-related restrictions, privacy laws, anti-spam laws, and tax obligations.

You must comply with the rules of any platform you use to promote MollySIM, including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, email service providers, and affiliate networks.

You must not promote MollySIM in any way that may expose MollySIM to legal, regulatory, payment processing, platform, telecom, reputational, or customer support risk.

19. Monitoring and Audit Rights

MollySIM may monitor your websites, ads, social media accounts, landing pages, content, traffic sources, conversion quality, refund rates, chargeback rates, and promotional practices to verify compliance with these Terms.

Upon request, you must provide reasonable information about your promotional methods, traffic sources, advertising campaigns, and compliance practices.

MollySIM may suspend tracking links, coupon codes, commissions, or payouts while investigating suspected violations, fraud, abuse, or abnormal activity.

20. Suspension and Termination

MollySIM may suspend or terminate your affiliate account or participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, where MollySIM determines that suspension or termination is appropriate.

MollySIM may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms;
• Engage in fraud, abuse, spam, misleading advertising, or brand misuse;
• Generate excessive refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or customer complaints;
• Harm or risk harming MollySIM’s brand, customers, systems, payment accounts, advertising accounts, or business operations;
• Fail to provide requested information or documentation;
• Engage in conduct that MollySIM considers unsuitable for the Affiliate Program.

You may stop participating in the Affiliate Program at any time by discontinuing promotion and, if applicable, requesting account closure.

Upon termination, you must stop using MollySIM affiliate links, coupon codes, brand assets, and promotional materials, and you must remove or update promotional content upon request.

21. Effect of Termination on Commissions

After termination, you will not earn new commissions.

MollySIM may pay approved commissions earned before termination if those commissions are valid and not connected to violations of these Terms.

MollySIM may withhold, cancel, reverse, offset, or claw back unpaid commissions if your account was terminated for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, brand misuse, self-referral, prohibited activity, or any other violation of these Terms.

22. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information from MollySIM, including commission rates, campaign data, product information, business plans, customer insights, platform access, performance data, or technical information.

You must keep such information confidential and use it only for your participation in the Affiliate Program.

You must not disclose confidential information to any third party without MollySIM’s prior written consent, unless required by law.

23. No Guarantee of Earnings

MollySIM does not guarantee that you will earn any commissions, revenue, traffic, conversions, or profits from participating in the Affiliate Program.

Your results may vary based on your promotional methods, audience, content, traffic quality, market conditions, customer behavior, platform rules, product availability, and other factors.

24. Product Availability and Changes

MollySIM may modify, replace, discontinue, reprice, restrict, or remove any product, service, offer, coupon, landing page, destination, or promotion at any time.

MollySIM is not liable to you for any lost commissions, lost profits, or promotional costs resulting from product changes, pricing changes, website changes, tracking changes, offer changes, or discontinued products.

25. Disclaimer

The Affiliate Program, tracking systems, links, dashboards, promotional materials, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MollySIM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MollySIM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost commissions, lost data, lost goodwill, advertising costs, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MollySIM’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Affiliate Program or these Terms will not exceed the amount of approved commissions actually paid to you by MollySIM in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

27. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MollySIM, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your promotional activities;
• Your content, ads, websites, emails, messages, social media posts, or landing pages;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies;
• Your infringement or misuse of third-party rights;
• Your misleading claims, unauthorized promises, or customer communications;
• Your fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, or misuse of MollySIM’s brand or systems.

28. Changes to These Terms

MollySIM may update or modify these Terms at any time.

If MollySIM makes material changes, MollySIM may provide notice by posting the updated Terms on its website, updating the affiliate dashboard, sending an email, or using another reasonable method.

Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop participating in the Affiliate Program.

29. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Affiliate Program will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless MollySIM specifies a different dispute resolution process in a separate written agreement.

You and MollySIM agree to first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before initiating formal proceedings, except where immediate legal action is necessary to prevent fraud, misuse of intellectual property, unlawful conduct, or irreparable harm.

30. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without MollySIM’s prior written consent.

MollySIM may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or business transfer.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any commission schedules, affiliate dashboard terms, program policies, written approvals, and special partner agreements provided by MollySIM, constitute the entire agreement between you and MollySIM regarding the Affiliate Program.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement signed by MollySIM, the separate written agreement will control only for the matters expressly covered by that agreement.
