Frequently asked questions
Can I renew and keep this physical SIM card for long-term use?
When does the plan activate?
Where does this SIM work?
Does this physical SIM card support hotspot sharing (tethering)?
Yes, most of our physical SIM cards support mobile hotspot sharing by default, allowing you to share data with other phones, tablets, or laptops. Please make sure your device supports hotspot functionality and that network settings are configured correctly.
Does this card require Real-Name Registration?
Real-name registration requirements vary by country and carrier: some cards are ready to use plug-and-play without registration, while others require simple registration via the carrier's website or app before use. The exact registration steps, if any, are clearly printed on the outer packaging of the SIM card and sent via email.
How long does shipping take and how do I track my order?
After payment is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can also check in your MollySIM account under 'Orders'.
What is the return and refund policy?
We offer a flexible refund policy. If your plans change, unactivated and unused SIM cards in their original packaging can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a card is activated or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept refunds unless there is a verifiable network or hardware defect.
TRUE Thailand Happy Tourist
TRUE Thailand's Happy Tourist SIM is the standard prepaid card for a Thailand holiday: a Thai number, a data allowance sized for a trip, and calls included, on TRUE's nationwide network. Two tiers are offered - 219 and 349 baht value packs - so you can pick by trip length and how much you stream. Cards are plug and play: insert on arrival, enable data, and the plan starts. It is the simplest option if you want a local Thai number for Grab, food delivery and hotel calls rather than data only.
