Yes, most of our physical SIM cards support mobile hotspot sharing by default, allowing you to share data with other phones, tablets, or laptops. Please make sure your device supports hotspot functionality and that network settings are configured correctly.
Does this card require Real-Name Registration?
Real-name registration requirements vary by country and carrier: some cards are ready to use plug-and-play without registration, while others require simple registration via the carrier's website or app before use. The exact registration steps, if any, are clearly printed on the outer packaging of the SIM card and sent via email.
How long does shipping take and how do I track my order?
After payment is confirmed, we will pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can also check in your MollySIM account under 'Orders'.
What is the return and refund policy?
We offer a flexible refund policy. If your plans change, unactivated and unused SIM cards in their original packaging can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a card is activated or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept refunds unless there is a verifiable network or hardware defect.

Three UK's monthly SIMs include Go Roam, which lets the same allowance work in a long list of countries outside the UK - Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania - instead of stopping at the British border. These are monthly plans (£10, £15, £20 and £35) with a UK number, unlimited UK calls and texts, and a data allowance that scales with the tier.
